SAFETY AND DESIGN: The handle is made of polyoxymethylene (POM) so it is highly resistant to detergents and extreme temperature. It can be cleaned using chemicals and is suitable for the dishwasher. Lastly, this knife is made with stainless steel rivets to ensure a better grip.
